Ciao a tutti, partita ufficialmente a Fafe, Portogallo, la nuova stagione del mondiale enduro, la nostra trentaseiesima consecutiva, la dodicesima con Sherco. Un discreto record di resilienza… Dopo le prime due gare di rodaggio al campionato italiano, eccoci al primo vero impegno con tutta la squadra al completo. Siamo partiti subito col botto… e che botto! Il nostro tedeschino Jeremy Sydow, dopo 30 secondi di supertest del venerdì sera, si è completamente sfracellato all’atterraggio da un doppio salto, purtroppo fratturandosi la mano, per fortuna in modo non troppo grave. Diciamo che non è stato molto fortunato. Lasciamo qui a Fafe i sogni di podio nella E1, vediamo i tempi di recupero. Dovrebbe rientrare per il round Svedese. Se il venerdì sera è stato “triste”, per fortuna i ragazzi della E3, durante la giornata di sabato, ci hanno regalato un sogno, con un Triplete alla Mourinho! Fantastico Hamish, su un terreno che non era proprio il suo forte, incredibile Magain, con una consistenza che gli mancava ed una velocità da TOP rider, e bravo Roussaly a cogliere la sua occasione nel modo migliore. E la cosa bestiale è che si sono ripetuti pure alla domenica, anche qui con tempi molto vicini ai leaders dello scracht, ai mostri sacri del nostro sport, ed è questo che mi dà la maggiore soddisfazione. E’ una grossa soddisfazione per Sherco, con il nostro trecentone 2 tempi, obiettivamente una grande moto! In questo weekend, sotto certi aspetti magico e tragico, dobbiamo segnalare la non prestazione di Espinasse, al sabato fermato da alcuni errori non da lui, e domenica da un salto catena che gli ha letteralmente bloccato la moto in prova speciale, senza possibilità di riparazione. In questo caso, consigliato un giro a Lourdes in settimana. Ci presenteremo in Spagna a posto, al netto di macumbe ed esorcismi vari. Questo purtroppo il lato negativo di un bel weekend. Ma siamo al fi anco di Theo e lo aiuteremo a rialzarsi. Ci vediamo in Spagna fra un mesetto, olè! Grazie a tutti i nostri partners e sostenitori, come sempre nei secoli fedeli… Azza
Apr.7th 2025 Hi everybody, The new season of the Enduro World Championship has offi cially started in Fafe, Portugal, our thirtysixth consecutive, the twelfth with Sherco. A decent record of resilience… After the fi rst two races of running in at the Italian championship, here we are at the fi rst real commitment with the whole team. We started off with a big bang! Our little German Jeremy Sydow, after 30 seconds of supertest on Friday night, completely smashed himself on landing from a double jump, unfortunately fracturing his hand, luckily not too seriously. Let’s say he wasn’t very lucky: let’s leave the dreams of a podium in E1 here in Fafe and wait for him hopefully for the Swedish round. If Friday night was “sad”, luckily the E3 guys, on Saturday, gave us a dream, with a Mourinho-style Triplete! Fantastic Hamish, on a terrain that was not really his strong point, incredible Magain, with a consistency that he lacked and a speed of a TOP rider, and well done Roussaly to seize his opportunity in the best way. And the best thing, that they repeated themselves on Sunday, here too, with times very close to the leaders of the scracht, the sacred monsters of our sport. This is what gives me the greatest satisfaction, it is also a great satisfaction for Sherco, with our 300 2-stroke, objectively a great bike! In this weekend, magical and tragic at the same time, we must point out the non-performance of Espinasse, stopped on Saturday by some mistakes not by him, and on Sunday by a chain jump that literally blocked his bike during a special test, with no possibility of repair.
