Con la prima prova degli Assoluti d’Italia a Colliano (SA), la stagione agonistica 2025 di Honda Racing RedMoto Enduro Team ha ufficialmente preso il via.
Una gara combattutissima in due giornate che hanno decretato Honda Racing RedMoto Enduro Team tra i top team in sfida con Steve Holcombe (CRF300RX Enduro), Samuele Bernardini (CRF250RX Enduro) e Manolo Morettini (CRF3000RX Enduro).
Autore del miglior tempo nel Supertest di venerdì sera davanti a Ahlin e Le Quere, Holcombe è stato tra i migliori del fine settimana, in una lotta sino all’ultimo secondo per la vittoria assoluta. In entrambe le giornate la sfida è stata una questione esclusiva tra il pilota inglese, Verona e Pichon. Se sabato ha perso la vittoria per una manciata di secondi, domenica ha infine chiuso terzo, sempre al termine di un intenso testa a testa.
Holcombe chiude il weekend a Colliano con due seconde posizioni nella classifica riservata ai piloti stranieri.
Fine settimana in crescendo per Bernardini. Sabato quinto assoluto e secondo nella 250 4T con tempi costantemente in top three, domenica è stato grande protagonista nella battaglia per l’Assoluta insieme al compagno di squadra, con una quarta posizione finale e la terza in campionato che lascia le migliori premesse per i prossimi appuntamenti. I tempi registrati nella giornata lo vedono inoltre vincitore della 250 4T con una bella rivincita su Lesiardo.
Doppio podio anche per Morettini, che ha conquistato due secondi posti nella 450 con ottimi tempi: sabato alle spalle di Moroni e domenica dietro a Verona.
Thomas Oldrati non ha preso parte alla gara, essendo ancora fermo dall’attività agonistica dopo l’operazione al ginocchio subita a inizio dicembre. Sebbene in via di guarigione, la gara si presentava troppo impegnativa considerando il poco allenamento.

The 2025 season finally kicked off last weekend with a thrilling first round of the Enduro Italian Championship in Colliano.
At the end of two hard-fought race days, the Honda Racing RedMoto Enduro Team confirmed itself as one of the top teams, with riders Steve Holcombe (CRF300RX Enduro), Samuele Bernardini (CRF250RX Enduro), and Manolo Morettini (CRF300RX Enduro).
Holcombe dominated Friday night’s Supertest ahead of Ahlin and Le Quere and was among the weekend’s top performers, fighting for the overall win until the last second. On both days, the battle was an exclusive showdown between the British rider, Verona, and Pichon. Second by just a few seconds on Saturday, he finished third on Sunday after another intense head-to-head duel. He also secured a double P2 in the standings reserved for foreign riders.
It was a steadily improving weekend for Bernardini. Fifth overall on Saturday and second in the 250 4T class, on Sunday, he was among the top contenders for the overall victory alongside his teammate. With a final P4, he claimed third place in the standings, laying a solid foundation for the upcoming races. His performance allowed him to win the 250 4T class, taking a satisfying revenge over Lesiardo.
Double podium for Morettini, who secured two second-place finishes in the 450 class with excellent lap times—on Saturday behind Moroni and on Sunday behind Verona.
Thomas Oldrati did not take part in the race as he is still recovering from knee surgery undergone in early December. Although on the mend, the race proved too demanding, given his limited training.
