Surflex propone per l’after market due nuovi kit dischi frizione per BMW K1200.
Un kit è modificato rispetto all’originale di cui ha una coppia di dischi in più, rimanendo perfettamente intercambiabile. È studiato per migliorare il rendimento e la durata della frizione.
La coppia motrice viene infatti ripartita su un numero maggiore di dischi e su una superficie di attrito più estesa.
Dello stesso kit è stata realizzata una seconda versione alleggerita, con dischi intermedi in ergal, che consente di ridurre l’inerzia della massa rotante.
I due kit ottimizzano le prestazioni a ogni regime di rotazione del motore senza mai perdere in progressione, modulabilità e performance.
CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE
9 dischi guarniti con supporto metallico in alluminio pressofuso e 8 dischi intermedi in acciaio.
La sostituzione del pacco dischi originale con quello Surflex non presenta particolari problemi; viene fornito in elegante valigetta, accompagnato da istruzioni di montaggio.
Il materiale di attrito dei dischi guarniti è adatto al quattro cilindri BMW K1200. Come tutti i materiali di attrito può avere comportamenti e reazioni variabili in funzione della temperatura, dell’impiego e del tipo di guida. Conferisce una buona modulabilità alla frizione e, mediamente, possiamo ritenere che l’incremento della coppia sia superiore al 10%.
