Il Team Osellini Husqvarna Motorcyles ha iniziato nel migliore dei modi la stagione 2024 dell’Enduro Italiano ottenendo due squillanti vittorie di classe nella prima prova del Campionato Tricolore Under 23/Senior disputata in Umbria nel bellissimo borgo di Arrone in provincia di Terni.
Riccardo Fabris nella Junior 250 2T con l’Husqvarna TE 250, ha domina la propria classe con 1’12.08 sul secondo classificato e 2’01.53 sul terzo in una straordinaria progressione di ottimi tempi nelle sei speciali disputate. Questi i suoi tempi fatti registrare nella Junior 250 2T in cui è risultato sempre il più veloce nella prima, seconda e terza Enduro Test, come pure nei tre Cross Test. Fabris nella Classifica Assoluta ha invece ottenuto la seconda posizione con questi risultati; due volte primo, una secondo, una terzo, una quinto, una sesto.
Andrea Castellana non ha invece avuto rivali nella classe Senior 300 2T con l’Husqvarna TE 300 facendo suo il miglior tempo di quattro speciali e concludendo le restanti due una volta secondo e una terzo infliggendo un distacco in classifica al secondo di 18.99 e 56.07 al terzo.
Più che positivi i debutti di Davide Nicoli, figlio del pluricampione Arnaldo Nicoli, 7° nella classe Junior 250 4T. Edoardo Milani ha concluso in nona posizione nella Cadetti 125 2T, come pure sempre nono Elia Zocconi nella Junior 125 2T. Nota “rosa” per il debutto dell’italo-argentina Carla Scaglioni, quinta nella classe Femminile in sella alla FE 250 4T.
Dopo questa premessa il Team Osellini Husqvarna Motorcyles si prepara a entrare nel vivo della stagione dell’Enduro 2024 rinnovando la propria lineup con un settebello di piloti, dei quali tre che prenderanno parte ai Campionati Assoluti d’Italia e, altri quattro giovani anche al Campionato Mondiale EnduroGP.
Infatti, è ormai all’inizio il countdown del primo appuntamento della stagione 2024 in programma questo weekend del 9 e 10 marzo in Piemonte a Cavaglià (BI), nelle immediate vicinanze del Lago di Viverone per il round d’apertura dei Campionati Assoluti d’Italia a cui la squadra piacentina guidata da Piero Osellini, schiererà il settebello dei piloti che difenderanno i colori del Team Osellini Husqvarna Motorcycles.
Campionati Assoluti d’Italia: Maurizio Micheluz (Husqvarna TE 250 2T classe 250 2T), Carlos Gonzales (Husqvarna TE 300 2T classe 300 2T e Stranieri), Andrea Castellana (Husqvarna TE 300 2T classe 300 2T).
Sempre per gli Assoluti d’Italia, ma anche per il Campionato Mondiale EnduroGP: la giovane italo-argentina Carla Scaglioni (Husqvarna TE 250 2T Classe Women), la promessa svedese Lucas Bergstrom (Husqvarna FE 350 4T categoria Junior e classe EJ2), l’italiano Riccardo Fabris (Husqvarna TE 250 2T categoria Junior e classe EJ1, il giovanissimo pilota della Repubblica Ceca Tomas Merasicky (Husqvarna 125 2T classe Youth).
Nota Concessionaria Husqvarna Motorcycles di Piacenza, il Team Osellini è dunque pronto ad affrontare l’apertura della stagione 2024 dopo la pausa invernale passata tra allenamenti e sviluppi specialistici. Un meticoloso lavoro diretto sempre dal Responsabile Tecnico della squadra Cristian Armelloni.
Maurizio Micheluz riparte dalla quarta posizione degli Assoluti 2023 della 250 2T puntando quest’anno decisamente al podio. Ex crossista cileno da anni residente in Italia, Carlos Gonzales debutterà nella 300 2T. Tra i protagonisti della classifica di Club alla scorsa Sei Giorni in Argentina, Andrea Castellana ritornerà a tempo pieno agli Assoluti nella classe 300 2T.
Campionessa argentina enduro e grande protagonista della Sei Giorni nella squadra del Trofeo Mondale Women dell’Argentina, Carla Scaglioni prenderà parte agli Assoluti classe Women e al Mondiale EnduroGP Women concluso nel 2022 in 15° posizione e 23° nel 2023 nonostante l’assenza a oltre metà dei Gran Premi per un infortunio.
Dopo avere scoperto in Svezia portandoli in Italia e sostenendoli nelle ultime stagioni, due tra le più reali promesse dell’enduro mondiale del calibro di Max Ahlin e Axel Semb, Piero Osellini non si è lasciato sfuggire un altro giovane svedese. Si stratta di Lucas Bergstrom, Campione Europeo 2023 della classe Junior2 e ottavo della Classifica Assoluta Continentale, Bergstrom parteciperà agli Assoluti d’Italia nella Classifica Stranieri, mentre alla EnduroGP nel Mondiale categoria Junior e classe EJ2.
Campione Italiano Under 23/Senior 2023 della classe Junior 250 4T, Riccardo Fabris agi Assoluti gareggerà nella categoria Junior con TE 250 2T, come pure al Mondiale si schiererà sempre tra gli Junior e classe EJ1.
Il Team Osellini Husqvarna Motorcycles si attende molto anche dal diciassettenne Tomas Merasicky, giovane promessa della Repubblica Ceca che fai il suo debutto agli Assoluti d’Italia con la TE 125 2T con cui perderà parte al Mondiale EnduroGP della categoria Youth.
La gara di Cavaglià vedrà già nel pomeriggio di venerdì 8 marzo disputare un attesissimo SuperTest Speciale Prologo nelle immediate vicinanze del paddock. Il percorso di 52 km. Verrà ripetuto quattro volte sabato e tre domenica con all’interno tre differenti speciali che saranno affrontare nell’ordine: Enduro Test lunga 6.0 km., Cross Test di 4.0 km., Extreme Test di 1,2 km. Complessivamente nelle due giorni e di gara saranno cronometrate 22 speciali delle quali 12 sabato, 9 9 domenica a cui aggiungere il SuperTest di venerdì.

THE OSELLINI HUSQVARNA MOTORCYCLES TEAM GETS THE 2024 ENDURO SEASON OFF IN GREAT AT THE FIRST TEST OF ITALIAN UNDER 23/SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP STARTER OF THE ITALIAN AMOUNTS AND THE ENDUROGP WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
The Osellini Husqvarna Motorcyles Team started the 2024 Italian Enduro season in the best possible way, obtaining two resounding class victories in the first round of the Under 23/Senior Tricolore Championship held in Umbria in the beautiful village of Arrone in the province of Terni.
Riccardo Fabris in the Junior 250 2T with the Husqvarna TE 250, dominated his class with 1’12.08 over the second place and 2’01.53 over the third in an extraordinary progression of excellent times in the six special stages held. These are the times he recorded in the Junior 250 2T in which he was always the fastest in the first, second and third Enduro Test, as well as in the three Cross Tests. Fabris instead obtained second position in the Overall Ranking with these results; twice first, once second, once third, once fifth, once sixth.
Andrea Castellana, on the other hand, had no rivals in the Senior 300 2T class with the Husqvarna TE 300, taking the best time on four special stages and finishing the remaining two once second and once third, inflicting a gap in the standings on second of 18.99 and 56.07 on third .
The debuts of Davide Nicoli, son of multiple champion Arnaldo Nicoli, 7th in the Junior 250 4T class were more than positive. Edoardo Milani finished in ninth position in the Cadetti 125 2T, as did Elia Zocconi in ninth in the Junior 125 2T. A “pink” note for the debut of the Italian-Argentine Carla Scaglioni, fifth in the Women’s class astride the FE 250 4T.
After this premise, the Osellini Husqvarna Motorcyles Team is preparing to enter the heart of the 2024 Enduro season by renewing its lineup with seven riders, three of whom will take part in the Italian Championships and four other young people also in the Championship EnduroGP World Championship.
In fact, the countdown has now begun for the first appointment of the 2024 season scheduled for this weekend of 9 and 10 March in Piedmont in Cavaglià (BI), in the immediate vicinity of Lake Viverone for the opening round of the Absolute Championships Italy in which the Piacenza team led by Piero Osellini will field seven of the riders who will defend the colors of the Osellini Husqvarna Motorcycles Team.
Italian Overall Championships: Maurizio Micheluz (Husqvarna TE 250 2T class 250 2T), Carlos Gonzales (Husqvarna TE 300 2T class 300 2T and Foreigners), Andrea Castellana (Husqvarna TE 300 2T class 300 2T).
Again for the Italian Championships, but also for the EnduroGP World Championship: the young Italian-Argentine Carla Scaglioni (Husqvarna TE 250 2T Women’s Class), the promising Swedish Lucas Bergstrom (Husqvarna FE 350 4T Junior category and EJ2 class), the the Italian Riccardo Fabris (Husqvarna TE 250 2T Junior category and EJ1 class, the very young rider from the Czech Republic Tomas Merasicky (Husqvarna 125 2T Youth class).

The Cavaglià race will see a highly anticipated SuperTest Special Prologue take place already on the afternoon of Friday 8 March in the immediate vicinity of the paddock. The 52 km route. It will be repeated four times on Saturday and three on Sunday with three different specials that will be tackled in order: 6.0 km long Enduro Test, 4.0 km Cross Test, 1.2 km Extreme Test. Overall, 22 special stages will be timed over the two days of the race, 12 of which will be on Saturday, 9 and 9 on Sunday, to which the SuperTest on Friday will be added.
